Essence of Eating represents the culmination of two talents from the wine and media industries.

Anais Radonich Galvin has worked at top Bay Area restaurants including Chez Panisse, Quince and A16 for over ten years. Her deep knowledge of what customers look for in a wine coupled with her relationships with U.S and European vintners make her an excellent resource for help representing your vineyard/wine. Anais has a background as a flight instructor, a scuba instructor and an english as a second language instructor.

Combined with Tylor Bohlman’s background in video and web you have a specialized media team that understands your wine and your mission and has the tools to help.

Both Anais and Tylor have had personal experiences with health and sickness and it is our personal mission to create an open and authentic relationship between sustainable products and consumers to promote well-being and easefullness through transparency and free flowing information.

A San Francisco-based food and wine media company, we work a short drive from Napa Valley, home to hundreds of vineyards.
