Anais Radonich Galvin has been involved in the food and wine industry for over 10 years and has worked in such places as Chez Panisse and Quince. She currently is a sommelier at A16 with a background in holistic health and in supporting others to achieve healthier lifestyles.
Molly Bloom has worked on small, organic farms since 2000. She has experience with all aspects of sustainable farming and is currently the CSA Manager for Eatwell Farm near Dixon, CA. She is passionate about local foods and teaching others how to enjoy them.
Michael Bendig is a Johnson and Wales graduate and has been a chef and cook for over 20 years. He has opened 11 restaurants and is currently running his own consulting company assisting clients in transforming their cooking and eating habits.
